A Letter from our Club President

to Members, NGM

 

HI NGM’ers,

Hope all is well.

In recent emails and correspondence with me and BOD, I want to clarify something concerning North Georgia Modurail.

The name “North Georgia Modurail” will still be used for:

1. Doing Business As (DBA)
2. Web site
3. Facebook
4. Email
5. Twitter etc.

The only thing that has changed is the legal business entity, which is now NGM Club Inc. and not North Georgia Modurail Inc. which we have dissolved.

What does this mean: membership, payments, fees, tax forms, checks and bank account will be NGM Club Inc. doing business as North Georgia Modurail.
