NGM August 2018 meeting

Hello Club members,

Today, 08/23/18, we will meet at Southeastern Railway museum in Duluth, GA. for our monthly club meeting.  As many of you may know, we are in charge of the museum model train layout in the exhibit hall.  This will give club members an opportunity to view the layout and become apart of that team.

So tonight 7:30 pm, as Member Services will provide food and drinks, so we invite you to come early, around 7:15pm for refreshments.

HI NGM’ers,

Hope all is well.

In recent emails and correspondence with me and BOD, I want to clarify something concerning North Georgia Modurail.

The name “North Georgia Modurail” will still be used for:

1. Doing Business As (DBA)
2. Web site
3. Facebook
4. Email
5. Twitter etc.

The only thing that has changed is the legal business entity, which is now NGM Club Inc. and not North Georgia Modurail Inc. which we have dissolved.

What does this mean: membership, payments, fees, tax forms, checks and bank account will be NGM Club Inc. doing business as North Georgia Modurail.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact myself, Bruce or Rob.

NGM at Smokerise BC July 2018

Smokerise NGM train show is confirmed!

Date: July 27, 28, & 29

Friday 27th Setup: 3:30-8:00pm

Saturday28th: 9:30am-5:00pm (open to public)

Sunday 29th: 12:00pm-3pm (open to public)

Tear-down: by 5:00pm on Sunday

We need  LOTS of modules.

Hello Club members,

Buford Presbyterian exhibit is coming up quickly. Members should have already an email, but just in case. We're just now calling for modules. Will send out a call for operators next.

Setup will be on Friday, May 18 starting at 2:00p. Public show hours:
 

Saturdays (May 19 and 26): 10:00a - 5:00p
Sunday, May 20: 12:00p - 5:00p
 

Monday - Friday, May 21 - 25: 5:00p - 8:00p
 

Sunday, May 27: 12:00p - 3:00p with tear down to follow.

Hello club members,

Here are some Dates and address for our next club event Chattanooga Modular Modelers:

Friday April 20th 2-3 pm and later Layout setup

Saturday April 21st 10 am - 5 pm train operations

Sunday April 22nd 12 pm to 4 pm - Train operations with layout tear down at 4 pm.
